Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within this time frame.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them — unused, clean, with any original tags or packaging intact. 
To start a return, reach out to us at mashkaaborovets@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your items as soon as you receive them. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us right away at mashkaaborovets@gmail.com . We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned, including personalized items (engraved, custom-made, or special orders) and sale items. Unfortunately, gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest method is to return the original item first and then place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
