Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Conditions of Return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
